Seattle’s only Eastside BMW dealer and Washington’s only official Aprilia dealer
Cascade Motorcycle has as its primary mission to make you, our customer, happy with your dealings with us from beginning to end. First, that means that we want you to be comfortable from the minute you enter our doors. Our factory-trained sales people will take the time to explain every aspect of each machine, whether new or used, and will never pressure you into something unwanted. If you hold a motorcycle endorsement, we will offer you demonstration rides on any of the machines you may be considering. The same sales person will take time to explain benefits and options, including rider wear and accessories for both you and the machines. And once we have struck a deal, and you have purchased a new or used motorcycle from us, the service doesn’t stop. We will take the time to thoroughly acquaint you with your new ride, and will not leave you until you are comfortable with it. If you are a first time rider, or a rider who hasn’t ridden for a few years, we will enroll you in a Motorcycle Safety Foundation course (we buy from the MSF 3 full classes per year) and offer you a complementary place in the class.
But that’s just the beginning of your relationship with Cascade Motorcycles. We want to be your service store after the sale. That’s why we have every member of our service staff certified with BMW to better serve you. And if we need your machine for the day or overnight, we can usually provide you with a “one day loaner” machine to keep you on the road. Our shop work is fully guaranteed. Compare prices, quality of work and our loaner policy, and you will certainly want to be a loyal Cascade customer.
And finally, we don’t just talk about riding and touring, we do it with YOU. Our owner, Paul Baker, who has ridden for over 35 years (and rides his bike daily) personally hosts a shop ride at least once a month in the riding season. If you do purchase a machine from us, we will provide you with a complimentary membership in the local motorcycle owners group, who also offer at least one ride a month (not to mention the annual state rally). And how many other motorcycle dealerships do European alpine tours with their customers, like the one we did last September? Or the New Zealand tour that we are doing in February 2001?
So when you are considering purchasing a new or used motorcycle, accessories, or in need of service, Cascade Motorcycles promises to provide you with the utmost in reliability, dependability and follow through.
